Shipping Policy 

Will O Wisp Bath & Body strives to use environmentally friendly shipping & packaging materials. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00. Orders under $75 will be charged a $5 shipping fee. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking numbers provided. We are currently shipping products within the United States only. We are operating on a 4-5 business day processing time on made to order items. Boutique (Ready To Ship) items have a 2-3 business day processing time. Please be mindful of your package’s location and delivery notifications. Some items can be weather sensitive if left outside for an extended period. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that have been marked delivered by USPS then fallen prey to porch pirates.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Inspect your products upon purchase / delivery. If you feel there is a shipping or manufacturing defect, please send a detailed email with a copy of your receipt and photos of the defect to willowispbathbody@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Our Customer Service Team will help with your inquiry. Once the defect has been confirmed, you will be provided with your choice of a replacement product, store credit, gift card or refund.
