Local Delivery & Pickup in Olney, IL

We’re happy to offer free local delivery to homes within Olney city limits — no shipping fees, no trips to the post office. Just select Local Delivery at checkout, and we’ll hand-deliver your order once it’s ready.

Prefer to pick up your order instead? Choose Local Delivery and write “Humble & Kind Pickup” in the order notes — or use Humble & Kind’s address (301 E Main St, Olney, IL) as your shipping address. Pickup is free and available to anyone, even outside Olney city limits.

Most orders are processed and ready to go within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Policy 

Will O Wisp Bath & Body strives to use environmentally friendly shipping and packaging materials whenever possible.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00. Orders under $50 will be charged a $5 flat-rate shipping fee.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier can best fulfill your order in a timely and reliable manner. Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment.

We currently ship within the United States only and operate on a 1–3 business day processing time for most orders.

Please be mindful of your package’s location and delivery notifications — some products can be weather sensitive if left outside for extended periods. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier prior to loss or theft.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Inspect your products upon purchase / delivery. If you feel there is a shipping or manufacturing defect, please send a detailed email with a copy of your receipt and photos of the defect to willowispbathbody@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Our Customer Service Team will help with your inquiry. Once the defect has been confirmed, you will be provided with your choice of a replacement product, store credit, gift card or refund.
