Local Delivery & Pick Up

We’re happy to offer local delivery within Olney city limits for a flat $3 fee on orders of $30 or more. Orders over $75 qualify for free local delivery.

Most local delivery orders are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days.

Prefer to pick up your order? Free in-store pickup is available during our regular store hours. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Policy

Will O Wisp Bath & Body strives to use environmentally friendly shipping and packaging materials whenever possible.

We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping for $7. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier can best fulfill your order in a timely and reliable manner. Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

We currently ship within the United States only and operate on a 1–3 business day processing time for most orders.

Please be mindful of delivery notifications and package conditions upon arrival, as some products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures if left outdoors for extended periods. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier prior to loss or theft.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe there is a shipping or manufacturing defect, email us within 30 days of purchase at with your receipt, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

Once the defect has been confirmed, we’ll gladly provide a replacement product, store credit, gift card, or refund.
