If you're looking for bargain-bin pricing, this may not be the best fit—our products are lovingly crafted from high-quality ingredients, and that integrity comes at a cost.

How to Get Started:

  1. Request Our Wholesale Welcome Packet
    This includes all terms and a required form for tax exemption (Form IL CRT-61 or your state’s equivalent).
  2. Provide Your Business Credentials
    You’ll need an EIN or state-issued resale certificate. 
  3. Create a Customer Account
    Once your documents are approved, we’ll update your account to waive tax at checkout.
  4. Receive Your Unique Wholesale Code
    Use this code to place your wholesale orders online and automatically receive your discount.
  5. Payment Terms
    Credit or debit cards only, please. We don’t offer Net 30 or consignment terms, and we do not accept PayPal for wholesale orders.

Wholesale Terms:

  • Minimum wholesale order: $300
  • Orders $300–$599: 40% off retail
  • Orders $600+ (pre-discount): 50% off retail
  • Minimum of 3 bars per variety on all soap orders. No half bars.
  • Skincare must be ordered in quantities of 6 or more identical products.
  • Free shipping is not available for wholesale orders
  • Bundle deals and discounted gift sets are excluded from wholesale pricing

 A Note on Timing:

All of our products are made by hand with intention, and our capacity is limited during high-demand periods. During peak seasons, wholesale codes may be temporarily paused to ensure timely fulfillment for all. We recommend placing your orders well in advance.

We reserve the right to pause or decline wholesale partnerships based on availability or fit. Respecting our rhythms ensures that we can deliver consistent quality—to you and your customers.

Custom Formulations

Interested in something just for your brand? We offer custom formulation services for:

  • Bar soaps
  • Lotions & creams
  • Balms & more 

Custom formulations start at $300 per product, with additional setup fees and minimum order requirements depending on your vision.

Vendor Partnerships

In addition to wholesale, Will O Wisp also partners with select shops and boutiques through in-store vendor displays. This option allows you to host our handcrafted products without the upfront investment of wholesale ordering.
