How to Use

For Dry Brushing:
Use on dry skin before bathing or showering. Beginning at the feet, brush gently using long strokes toward the heart. Use lighter pressure on more sensitive areas.

In the Shower:
Wet the brush and skin, add your favorite soap or body wash, and gently massage over the body. Rinse the brush thoroughly after use and allow it to dry completely between uses.
